It’s like the Purple Rain of shoot-able soups.
Cajun Tomato Soup Shooters
2 Cans San Marzano Tomatoes
2 Tbs Mangia.tv Sweet Cajun rub
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 Tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Garnish with dollop of sour cream and a pinch of chopped parsley.
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse about ten times. Put soup into a pot and heat to desired temperature. Pout into shot glass and garnish.
Make sure they are not too hot, it will absolutely ruin your day if you scorch the inside of your throat.
