Cajun Mushroom Penne with Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

Mushrooms – we used sliced white mushrooms

1/2 – 1 Green pepper, sliced

half an onion, diced

a bunch of cherry tomatoes, halved

2-3 cloves of garlic, smashed

Mangia.tv (Sweet) Cajun Dry Rub – about 1-2 teaspoons

alfredo sauce – make your ow or use your favorite brand

Penne pasta- cooked according to directions

pinch of salt

some pepper

pinch of dried thyme

Directions:Cajun Mushroom Penne with Alfredo Sauce
Heat your pan with some oil and Sweet Mangia, on medium. Add diced onion, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are nice and delicious. In the meantime, cook your penne pasta and prepare the alfredo sauce according to packaging suggestions.

Add the sauce to your mushrooms, cook a little longer. Add pasta. Eat. Nom nom. Done.
