Baked Cajun Wings with Red Pepper Dip

The WingsBaked Cajun Wings with Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ lbs wings,  thawed patted dry.
  • 3-5 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons Mangia.tv Sweet or Cajun Dry Rub
  • juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ cup olive oil

The how:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over wings and toss till all wings are coated.  Bake at 375-400 for 30 min. Finish on broil for a couple minutes to brown.

 

The DipBaked Cajun Wings with Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ½ roasted red pepper (skin off)
  • ¼ cup Fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Mangia Dry Rub
  • juice of ½ lime
  • ¼-⅛ cup whole milk (depending how loose you want dip)

The How:

Roast red pepper, then add peppers and all ingredients into a blender and blend on high till smooth.
