Grilled Chicken Wings and Thighs

Grilling season is upon us, you’ll love Sweet Mangia chicken this summer!

Grilled Sweet Cajun Wings

  • 2 lbs wings and thighs,  thawed, patted dry
  • 4-5 tablespoons Mangia Sweet Cajun Dry Rub
  • ¼ cup olive oil

The How:

Mix olive oil and Sweet Mangia rub in a bowl to make a paste. Get your grill nice and hot. Brush chicken wings and thighs with some oil and put on the grill. If they start to flare up, move the wings and thighs out of the flame’s way. Close the lid and grill 7-10 minutes per side. Brush with Mangia and oil mixture towards last few minutes of cooking.

They’ll be very tasty on their own but feel free to dip in your favorite sauce. We like this Roasted Red Pepper Yogurt Dip!
