Cajun Herb Butter

Sometimes it’s about the little touches. Cajun Herb Butter

  • 2 cups unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbs. Cajun Dry Rub
  • 1 pealed chopped Shallot
  • 1 large chopped clove of Garlic
  • 2 Tbs. Chevre Goat Cheese
  • 2 Tbs. Parsley
  • 2 Tbs. Chives

Melt 2 Tbs. of butter in a heated pan.  Allow the rest of the butter to soften in a bowl.  Add the Garlic, Shallots, and Cajun Rub and sauté for ten minutes over medium-high heat.  Remove ingredients from the pan and place on a plate to cool.  Once cool, add shallots, garlic, Mangia cajun rub, and Chevre cheese to the softened butter and mix (either with a spoon or a processor).  Next, mix in the chives and parsley.  Place into wax paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.  Grill a great steak and use this butter to blow minds.
