Mushroom and Pepper Sandwich

We tried very hard not to put any bacon on this sandwich in honor of Meatless Monday… But hey, not going to stop you! 
2 protobella mushrooms sliced thick
1 green bell pepper 1/4ered
olive oil
Mangia Sweet Cajun dry rub
mayo
crusty cheese bun
Directions:
Slice mushrooms thick and coat with olive oil and a generous amount of mangia sweet cajun dry rub.
Coat pepper with oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.
Place both on hot grill and sear.
Remove from high heat and let them cook the rest of the way.
Slice a crusty cheese bun and place mushrooms and peppers on, add mayo to taste.
