Pork Chops – Mangia.tv Cajun Style (lil’ heat, lil’ sweet, and a Lotta’ Meat)
1 quart apple juice
1 quart water
6 pork chops
4 Tbs. of Mangia Cajun Dry rub.
1) Place pork chops in 2 quarts of 50/50 apple juice & water mixture, with 1/4 cup salt and sugar and brine for one hour.
2) Rub the chops liberally with Mangia Cajun Dry Rub.
3) Get a pan real hot and sear both side of all the chops, and then wrap them in foil.
4) Grill on low, or bake at 250 for 30 minutes or until well done.
