You can’t go wrong with tacos, it’s a fact. There are millions of possibilities to build a taco, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, meaty.. Today we’re making Fish Tacos with:
- salmon fillets
- Fish Mojo Dry Rub
- taco shells (flour tortillas, corn tortillas, hard, soft, whatever you like!)
fixins (add anything you want):
- corn
- red cabbage slaw
- cilantro
- lettuce
- avocado
- red onion
- pineapple
- hot sauce
Heat grill (or pan) to medium high. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towel, coat with olive oil and make it rain with some Fish Mojo. Grill about 4-5 minutes per side. Grill pineapple slices 2-3 min per side. Take salmon and pineapples off the grill, break salmon in smaller pieces with two forks (it’ll be very easy to achieve) and cut pineapples into small cubes. Warm tortillas on the grill and start putting your tacos together! Add any other fixings you like.
