This is a flavorful dish to serve with your main dish, like a pork tenderloin.
- 20 Brussels Sprouts
- 3 slices Crispy bacon
- Sharp Cheddar
- Olive Oil
- 1tsp Sweet Cajun Mangia Dry Rub
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- slivered almonds
- Cook the pan with some olive oil (the key here is a REALLY hot pan), add red onion and 1 tsp Sweet Cajun MangiaDry Rub. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add brussels sprouts and let it steam for a couple minutes. Add slivered almonds and bacon bits. Then crumble some sharp cheddar. Deglaze the pan with some white wine.
