Blackened Green Beans
Ingredients:
1 lb. Green beans, end chopped off and rinsed
1 tbsp. Mangia dry rub
1 tbsp. flour
drizzle of olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
Directions:
1. Blanch beans in boiling water, strain
2. in a bowl, coat beans with olive oil. Add flour and Mangia and stir until evenly coated.
3. Heat a pan and add butter.
4. Add green bean mixture and stir often until beans are slightly charred.
5. Eat up!
