Mangia tailgate meatloaf

Make it, bake it, slice it, mark it, take it and enjoy at the tailgate, couch-gate, or phone-gate.

Mangia Tailgate Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons Mangia cajun Rub
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs 1/2″ cubed.
1/2 cup Scottish oatmeal
2 teaspoons salt
Ketchup
BBQ sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix by hand in a large bowl. Transfer into a foil mold about 10″x4″x4″. Brush the top with 50/50 combo of BBQ sauce and ketchup. Cook at 325*F for 40 minutes or until internal temp reaches 155*F.
