Creamy Cajun Hummus

– ​1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans, strained and rinsed
– 1/4 c. sesame tahini paste
– 1/4 c. lemon juice
– 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
– 2 T Mangia Cajun Rub (or more, adjust to your taste)
– pinch salt
– 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

1. ​In a food processor, whip tahini paste and lemon juice for about a minute, scrape down the sides with a spatula, add salt, garlic, and Mangia and let run for another minute, then scrape the sides again
2. Add about half of the garbanzos and pulse until smooth, scraping the sides down again before adding the other half of the beans, and pulsing again until smooth
3. run the processor while slowly pouring in the olive oil until it is all incorporated and the hummus is smooth and creamy
4. Serve in a dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Mangia
5. Enjoy with chips, veggies, or as a spread on your favorite veggie sandwiches!
