Brussels Sprouts

This is a flavorful dish to serve with your main dish, like a pork tenderloin.

  • Brussels Sprouts with bacon cheddar and almonds20 Brussels Sprouts
  • 3 slices Crispy bacon
  • Sharp Cheddar
  • Olive Oil
  • 1tsp Sweet Cajun Mangia Dry Rub
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • slivered almonds
  1. Cook the pan with some olive oil (the key here is a REALLY hot pan), add red onion and 1 tsp Sweet Cajun MangiaDry Rub. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add brussels sprouts and let it steam for a couple minutes. Add slivered almonds and bacon bits. Then crumble some sharp cheddar. Deglaze the pan with some white wine.
  2. This side dish is amazing to pair with any main dish, and a glass of red wine.
